RS Outplacement does not capture or store email addresses, passwords, messages or any part of the emails contents. All activities are considered private and are not recorded. RS Outplacement does not provide any user information to any third party. There are places on this site, such as the Order Form, where we might ask you for some personal information like your name, contact information, and confidential payment information. We want you to know that all information that you provide to us will be used only by RS Outplacement, and will not be shared with any other parties.

At RS Outplacement, there are no Java or ActiveX controls that potentially represent security risks. To ensure additional anonymity, RS Outplacement does not use any form of cookies to track your activities while using any portions of the application. At RS Outplacement all your activities remain absolutely private. RS Outplacement does not compromise any corporate security policies.

REFUND POLICY

All written materials and consultation services must be paid in full receipt of completed product; completed work will not be released until full payment is made, unless alternative billing arrangements have been made in advance. Resumes may take 3 days to complete: This is a general guideline. RS Outplacement reserves the right to prolong this time period when necessary. Please note: Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client (please be certain to verify all dates, spelling of proper names, etc.). There are no refunds for services received from RS Outplacement. Consultations are 50% refundable.

 

MISREPRESENTATION

The client hereby agrees that any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the resume or other materials provided to the client by RS Outplacement is not our responsibility and that the client had an opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to deliver and/or reproduction.
