• Preparation and review time: Prior to your session, your coach will spend 30-45 minutes of brainstorming/preparation time reviewing your intake materials/resume and developing initial, personalized strategies and suggested resources for you based on your needs.
• 1-hour coaching/consulting session: A typical session includes coaching/feedback, interactive exercises to help you gain clarity and focus and homework assignments.
• Personalized materials: Clients leave with customized handouts/resources and a mini Action Plan listing relevant contacts, companies, organizations, books/materials and networking events/groups recommended during their session. (Note: Job Search clients also receive a 30-page Job Search Resources handbook developed specifically for the GTA market.)
• Email follow-up: We follow up each session with email correspondence detailing specific contact information or additional information on resources that were discussed during the strategy session.

Career-related topics covered during a session may include, but are not limited to: career management or planning, marketing yourself and your talents (including resume/biography development), preparing for/making a career change, starting or re-energizing a job search, starting and/or marketing a small business or creating work/life balance.

• A customized job search action plan (includes top search strategies, creating a job lead list and referrals to professional contacts, when appropriate): 60-minute strategy session.
  Resume editing, review/feedback; assistance creating a resume that sells your unique talents: 60-minute strategy session.
• One phone-coaching session on a career coaching topic of your choice (i.e. salary/benefits negotiation, how to set up informational interviews, phone interview tips/etiquette, etc.): 30-minutes.
• Exercises/homework on identifying your personal values and top talents (what you do best).
  A RS Outplacement Job Search Resource Packet (includes info. on informational interviews, marketing yourself to potential employers, tips on interviewing and salary negotiation, resumes/cover letters, etc.).

• A mock interview with RS Outplacement Coach covering "what to ask" and "what you will be asked" on an interview, nonverbal communication tips and salary negotiation: 60-minute strategy session.
• Email coaching from RS Outplacement Coach on career management/job search related questions: up to 60 minutes online time; good for up to one year after initial appointment.

Everything included in Level Two plus:

• Career assessment and interpretation session to determine which careers may be a fit for you: includes online test, materials/booklet and a one-on-one interpretation session.
• A strategy session on marketing yourself to potential employers and how to stand out in the job search/interview process: 60-minute strategy session.
• An additional phone-coaching session on a career coaching topics of your choice (i.e. salary/benefits negotiation, how to set up informational interviews, phone interview tips/etiquette, etc.): 30-minutes
• Email coaching for up to one year from RS Outplacement on career management-related questions (setting performance goals, asking for a raise, securing mentors, dealing with a difficult boss, moving up within a company, etc.) up to 3 hours of online time.
