RS Outplacement refund policy concerns those clients paying for a package of sessions. Refunds requested on unused portions of these career coaching packages will be provided in the following manner:

All sessions conducted to date will be priced at the standard hourly rate at the time of refund request. The balance refunded will be the full package amount price paid less the current hourly amount multiplied by the number of sessions used.
