Executive Outplacement

Surcorp Group was invited to assist United Cleaning Services Ltd.’s HR department, following a corporate decision to eliminate the Quality Department. Surcorp was tasked to customize 4 Outplacement Programs for director, VP and senior management personnel. Each transitioning employee was awarded a 3 month support package, including one-on-one coaching, a professionally written document package, job search campaign development, career resources and career marketing materials, and unlimited email correspondence support.

Deliverables:

Throughout the sessions, former UCSL staff members have completed Introductory Assessment and Career Path Strategy sessions, Resume consultations, Job Loss Counselling, Work Skills Analysis, Job Search Plan Development, Career Assessment, Job Seeking Strategies development, Networking and Personal Branding/Marketing tactics and Interview Coaching tutorials.

Furthermore, each participant received a professionally crafted resume and cover letter, and completed two rounds of revisions for the documents. Participants were also furnished with a comprehensive Outplacement / Career Management Workbook and Resource Guide, and contact lists of recruiters and professional organizations in their desired fields.

To support ongoing professional development initiatives, Surcorp Group completed research and provided targeted recommendations on skills development areas and specific training participants can pursue to augment their qualifications.

As sessions continue, participants will engage in interview preparation and training, with communication skills development and mock-job interviews.
