Surcorp Group was engaged by the Corporate Head Office of this global engineering consulting firm to facilitate the transition of 12 employees following the closure of their Toronto office.

We created a comprehensive outplacement program tailored to the needs and industry specifications of CRA employees, delivering a welcoming introductory presentation to detail the services available to the staff as part of the program.

Following the presentation, our staff provided both on-site, telephone conference and in-office consultations, as well as delivered written professional document packages for each participating employee.

Each Outplacement Program participant benefited from one-on-one coaching covering Career Transition, Job Search Planning, Work Skills Analysis, Resume and Interview Coaching.

Furthermore, each participant received a professional document package consisting of a Professional Resume, Customized Covering Letter, Networking Letter and Post-Interview Letter.

In total, Surcorp Group assisted 12 participating employees, whose expertise ranged from Senior Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Project Management Professionals, CAD and Drafting Technicians to Administrative Professionals.
