Surcorp Group Outplacement was brought on to support the Vice President of Human Resources of this diversified food company that provides an integrated suite of services for fresh produce in  developing and building a termination strategy for one longer term senior executive, one senior manager and two mid-level employees. Surcorp provide the full spectrum of pre-layoff event planning for downsizing, change management planning, employee communication and on-the-day termination support to the Vice President of HR and the company President.

Facilitated the Corporate Outplacement processes and provided training on effective career management, job search strategies, interview and career transition management, work skill & career analysis and self-marketing.

Deliverables:

Participants also received ongoing resources, access to recruiter list and job board, full suite of written career management materials (resumes, cover letters, networking letters) written by a Certified Professional Resume Writer.

Each participant received job Search Management Workbook and Interview Tips & Training Workbook, an industry-specific list of recruiters, Internet Personal Branding recommendations (Linked In profiles, electronic resumes, etc.), as well as unlimited support through email correspondence. Furthermore, all clients participate in several mock job interview training based on the specifications of their campaign.
