Surcorp Group of Companies Limited was originally established in 2003 as Resume Solutions. Over the past 7+ years, Surcorp Group has built expertise across multiple sectors, including career management, outplacement, professional writing and HR consulting. Currently, operating under several banners, including Resume Solutions, RS Outplacement, Career Management Solutions and Hire Impact, our team of Certified Resume Writers, Career Coaches and Outplacement Consultants industry leading résumé writing, interview, career coaching and outplacement counselling services for clients with diverse employment backgrounds.

Our strength lies in our team of Outplacement Consultants and Career Coaches, all of whom have the skills, passion and commitment needed to deliver practical and appropriate support and who regularly “go the extra mile”. Our firm has been subcontracted by $Multi Million, global and national organizations to manage various types of outplacement projects for transitioning employees from 1 to over 150 employees, as well as by educational institutions to facilitate the professional entry of students into the workforce. Surcorp Group offers a confidential and strategic HR partnership to provide an organization’s displaced employees with an effective, results-orientated outplacement program. We have designed comprehensive outplacement packages for all levels of employees, ranging from non-management to executive-level clients. Our outplacement services and programs are tailored to helping employees process and overcome negative impact associated with job loss and quickly return to a state of job-market readiness, both personally and professionally. Most importantly, our programs are a solid combination of counselling, strategic career coaching and career marketing tools/resources that equip the transitioning employee with the confidence, knowledge and materials needed to launch an effective job search, explore alternative opportunities and secure new employment.

For Career Management, we offer one-on-one consultations tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and career objectives. We have written 50,000+ professional résumés for individuals hailing from over 50 industries, and generate 90% of our business through referrals from satisfied clients. Our professional writing expertise has recently been lauded at the Career Directors International Annual Convention where Surcorp Resume Solutions won multiple awards in the Best Resume and Best Cover Letter categories.

Furthermore, as a PS Online Certified Supplier, Surcorp Group passed a comprehensive Trading Partner Agreement (TPA) screening issued by Public Works and Government Services of Canada (PWGSC). Deemed capable of servicing contracts for all three levels of government, including Municipal, Provincial and Federal, Surcorp Group has provided Career Management consulting services to multiple Provincial and Municipal bodies, including the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Transportation and Halton Region Employment Services. Additionally, we have recently acquired Reliability Status with Industrial Security Registration Services/Services d'enregistrement-Sécurité industrielle; PWGSC/TPSGC.
